Hello guys, i did post for just one day. Im feeling uneasy right now already. I dontknow why, Maybe i think blogging is so nice. I just dont know why. Okay, that's not the point. Yea, went for Syf yesterday ): Congrats to me and Skyband for getting a silver. &i believe that it'll be a very very high silver :D. But, is kinda dissappointing also. Almost or maybe everybody was so looking forward for getting a gold. Even though is a low gold also happy. We practise very hard for it, and end up getting a silver for the third time. ): Ha, never mind also. Because everybody had did their very best already. Most of them cried.
Realli kinda sad, as yesterday was my last day being a concert master, a section leader of the trombone section, playing my trombone for the last time in skyband, as i dont think i'll have the chance to play it when im in secondary five, and my ast day to be a member of skyband. Really kinda sad ): Cant bear to leave Skyband. After those joy and happiness, so much scoldings from the teachers, the band and drum majors. I felt that time really fly. &i'm now a secondary four student, facing major exams this year. Oh right, i still can remember that when i first joined band.
I met a lot of nice seniors, made a lot of friends in skyband too. &Without skyband, i believe that i would not be playing trombone after my primary school. I know my trombone still suck now, but without Mr Lun, i would never been have a concert master or section leader. &my trombone skilss would not have improve. I really miss skyband. &The most is i miss my trombone section. Although they're reude at sometimes. But, we're still a section for 2-3 years already. Now we're leaving. All the best to you guys in your playing man. Continue to work hard for skyband and play well for your futre perfomances.
I really cant leave skyband ): Anyways, yesterdat woke up in the morning to school. Put my schoolbag and band uniform. Went to parade square. Then, assemble and back to class, left at 8am sharp i guess. Then, went in band room. (: had breakfast around 930pm. & After that, set up our instrument. Everything looks perfect fine. &our tone is pefectly nice and intune :D. Mr Lun came, played The two songs and off my lunch after that. Lunched and yea, changed. Play again, and then prepared to Singapore conference hall ! (:
Thanks to Gina,Junchin,Kailing,Amanda,Jodie,Benjamin, Tingfang and some others that i've forgotten their names for wishing me. real thanks ! :D Reached, and everybody was kinda nevous. Evem myself also, i must think not to be nervous and stay calm always. PEFORMED ! :D. Oh right, i played a lot of wrong notes. Seriously, and i was like slight nervous. I keep looking on to the judge, i dontknow why. The funny thing is, i told my section to look at Mr lun, dont look at the conductor. Vut i still look athe judge. I dont know whyyyyyy ): & i say the judge turning is head. I was thinking did we play something wrongly ? ):
After performance, some cried for playing wrong notes and tempo rushing as well. Well, went in and listen for the last band before they announced the results. 2 gold with honours, 5 silvers which turn out one of them to be our band, 2 bronze, and 1 certificate of partipation. I tell you i really catholic high school man. They announced that they've gotten gold with honours and they so call like shouted yay, yeah. Oh whatever -.- Lol, so what -.- It isnt easy to maintain so high also. Maintain silver also goood. At least we're one of the few bands that maintain 3 years of silver. &They announced that band number 56, Seng kang secondary school, SILVER ! lol. i was like ...................................................... Its really very sad man ):
Right, after that. we went back to school. &kept our instruments and sat on the band room until 8plus. Wowwww, we went to celebrate ! lower brasses and one woodwind and one percussion joined us tooooo. Took lots of pictures. Dinnered at Macdonalds ! WOWWW. Although it isnt some nice foood, but've all enjoyed. The trombonists bought happy meal and gotten the same toy. Yay! haha, then everybody was like damn high. Couldnt stop laught, especially yuting. her laughter damn high pitch man. Oh right, notice my hair look so weird right. Everybdoy hairs all looks like this in skyband. Just only for yesterday. Haha !
We were like also discussing whether want to go to school today, but i think all did. Haha, but we'll be having a outing sooooooon, yay! Right, &im going band this wednesday, DEFINTELY! &yea, Schoool was boring today. I love intergration. I dontknow, i felt that it is much more easier than differentiation. Lol, after schoool, went straight home. (: Nothing much also. I shall blog more tomorrow yea. Do give me a tag, readerrrrrrrs ! :D &yea, 1st April 2009 is a best day for me and skyband ! (L).
Oh right, i'm going to meet 6K BUDDDIES, Newel, Chingyee and not forgetting Xuanqi ! :D. Wow, i realised that we've been meeting once every week or maybe twice ? Lol !
